You are eligible to request a cancellation and refund within 7 calendar days from the date of purchase if:

• You are not satisfied with the subscription features.
• The request is made within 7 days of the original purchase date.
• The subscription has not been misused or accessed by multiple users.
• The subscription is a first-time purchase (not a renewal).

How to Request a Cancellation & Refund

To cancel your subscription and request a refund, please send an email to our support team with the following details:

• Email used at the time of purchase
• Date of Purchase
• Reason for Cancellation & Refund

Our team will review your request and respond within 48 hours. If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Important Notes

• Requests made after 7 days of purchase will not be eligible.
• Refunds are not provided for subscription renewals or partial usage.
• Once the cancellation and refund are processed, access to Premium features will be immediately revoked.
